For whatever reason, this blog has a number of entries regarding the San Gabriel Mountains.
I dont know why....it looks like someone gifted a house and this public interest is in business.
Anyways, I thought it was impressive...certainly. Its funny that the info is housed by the City of Industry, which I would first ask what the ? is going on in the east fork with their holdings.

Anyways as they work their way through the collection of this family that was somebody....as typical a person who lived in the foothills and got involved in the front range, especially in business....the key era being the transition of the San Gabriels to a national forest so say 1870-1910.
