Interesting, didn’t know there still was one. I wonder if they’d deliver anywhere in the Gabe’s as long as there’s a trail. I wonder who they deliver to currently. Inquiring minds want to know!

Not to hijack the thread but I saw a note this morning that the Mt Williamson motel in Independence is also for sale. Eispiraten group project!
Strider has been a great benefit to hikers in that area.

There are 81 cabins left in Santa Anita Canyon along with Sturtevant Camp. Many of the cabins are more than three miles from Chantry so anything of decent size requires a donkey to carry it in.
