Hiked up to Idlehour trail camp yesterday. The water is flowing hard enough to make white water in some spots. You can hear the roar of the stream long before you get to the camp.

I finally made it there yesterday for the first time. Still a good deal of water in the creek. And a lot of mosquitoes!

It is longer than the posted 1.5 miles from the cutoff.

I was there a few weeks ago, before the one big rainstorm. There was plenty of water in the creek then.

I'm going to run a loop tomorrow morning from Eaton Saddle to check out Idlehour for a boy scout backpacking trip in a few weeks. I'll report back on the status of water or lack thereof.

Was up there yesterday and there is a little bit of water flowing immediately to the west of the trail camp. Upstream was bone dry so was sort of surprised to see flow just to the west of the camp

There is still a decent flow at Idlehour camp.
