Ahhh ya should of gone Friday. I went up there Good Friday. My first time up there. I noticed the Geomarker did not have Smith on it and could not make out the name on it to look it up. Taking the Son up there with me next time since I am sure he would love the ascent to the top.

I forgot this trail had such good wildflowers, but now that you remind me, it definitely has been a good spot in the past!

Did you upgrade your camera? Whoa! Vivid. You even make the yucca look good. Smith is a fun trip.

@teke- took my 35mm DSLR on this outing since the mileage was short and the grade easy. Stuffed it in the pack for the final 0.5 mile scramble to the summit.

@Rambo- that's the loofah that big mileage guys like Sean, Taco, Turtle, Elwood, Alan, Phil, and DavidR use. Old guys like me use something considerably more delicate.
