Seeking water reports: Spring Camp area

Anyone have any info on water in the area of Spring Camp (near 2N24/Rincon OHV Road & 2N31)? I know the camp is supposedly named for a spring, but haven't found anything on where it is in relation to the camp or whether it's reliable. Thanks!

I would suppose the water flows under the bridge and down the East Fork of the San Anita. Personally I would not count on any drinking water there this year.
