Crystal Lake to Islip via Windy Gap

Took hike on 3/22 Good Hike and a work out climbing over and under obstacles and then there was the stretch to get over to the other side to the trails. The trail up to Windy Gap does need help but manageable. Then up to Islip. Great trip even with the cold breeze off the snow. The return trip was through Big Cienega Trail, another up, over and fun time.
Did I mention these trails could use help. Total time for me was under 8 hrs for a 8 mile hike.

Sad part is, I don't even recognize you guys until you all post here :oops:

I only knew it was you because of the pack on the photo and you were blazing up-hill pretty fast!
