heres some Yosemite pics if u want em and a link to my latest run on Foresta trail to mirror lake (no pics, i didnt take the camera, just a handfull of cashews and a 20 oz waterbottle, i refill at creeks, or with snow if no creeks in the area) I used to only run 5-6 miles a day after work, and on my "weekends" do a 15-20 mile run. now that im in better shape, i do 10 miles a day after work, n on my weekends, do at least 1 25-30 mile run, with about 15,000ft elevation change on average ...averaging bout 70 miles a week now with no issues, other than feeling GREAT! getting to run in the mountains every week is the best thing EVER!
link to route/map wat i did yesterday (i also did the same route on nov 12th, itsa fun training run type trail...even though im not "training" for anything, i just like goin in the mountains n looking at everything, ya know trees n clouds n animal track, running fast downhill is always good too after miles of UP

Yay, new camera! Sweet pics ED. I never tire of seeing Yosemite.
taco-Ya. nanospikes. made from tiny buckthorn spikes.
Rico-ya, i never tire of seeing everything out here either. Views are different from everytrail, and even the same trails are always still cool, cause the lighting changes with the seasons n makes things look different, i love it up here and go to at least 8000ft to run every week so i can get out of the valley n see stuff
