Never expected this, in a million years. This is a spot where I've seen the male take a nap a couple of times, but this female is taking a calculated risk bringing her kids here. Everyone looks healthy, and I know she's smart since she raised her first (I assume) litter a year and a half ago without problems.
These two are on Mt Lukens. Poor female is very thin. Still no sign of the one that got tagged this spring.
