Thanks - got most of my calories in liquid form. Carbo Pro plus electrolyte mix. Also some gels. Need to dial in my nutrition if I want to be successful.
I just read your post. Wow, what an accomplishment! The mental (not to mention physical) fortitude of embarking on an ultramarathon like the AC-100 is mind-boggling to slowpokes like myself. Looking forward to reading a trail report from you of next year's AC-100.
