Does anyone have any additional information on the hiker (male, approx. 50 yrs. old) that was apparently airlifted from the Bridge to Nowhere? I saw him being carried towards the bridge and staff from the bungee jumping outfit aid a helicopter was on the way. I saw it fly in but. By the looks of the situation it appears he had some sort of fall on the narrow more "dicey" areas past the bridge.

Injured Hiker Rescued at Bridge to Nowhere (Sat. 27th)
I don't know what happened during this rescue, but I love going into the narrows. It seems to me that those "dicey" section seem to be getting worse due to erosion. The last time I came out, after spending the night at Lower Fish Fork camp, it was raining pretty good. Some of those "dicey" sections are not very fun in the rain. Personally, I think they should restore the tunnel.mrnizegy wrote: ↑Does anyone have any additional information on the hiker (male, approx. 50 yrs. old) that was apparently airlifted from the Bridge to Nowhere? From what i have heard, the hiker re-injured and fractured his ankle. He needed to be airlifted since he couldn't walk.
