Adams’ Pack Station 3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off
• Saturday June 30th – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Chantry Flat, Big Santa Anita Canyon (map & directions »)
• Show off your cowboy cooking skills or join us for tasting and a cold brew.
• Only a limited amount of contestants can be accommodated. Limited to six contestants.
• Contestants must cook on-site and cook enough chili to provide small samples, at no charge, to the public. Work tables and chairs will be provided for each contestant as well as charcoal bar-b-que’s AND Coleman stoves for those that might need a stove. (If you have one, please bring it along).
• Each contestant must provide their own ice chest and cooking equipment.
• Judging will be from 12:00 – 12:30
• First Place Plaque and Cash Prize to be awarded at 1:00
• Public tasting will be from 1:15 – 4:00
