Are you returning to the VC or walking out to s22? PK5386 is known as San Ysidro East. There are 11 peaks in that area on the San Diego Peaks list, 5386 and Ysidro BM are 2 of them. There is a map of the peaks at the bottom of the page.

The plan is to walk about a quarter mile from the cars to the start of the ridge and follow the ridge to the summit
