WF Road is real nice, but real cold. I was surprised how much faster it is to ride back towards R39 than it is to take the road to the dam!

Didn't eat before I left, so 50 miles later I felt terrible. I got what I wanted: more training in feeling crappy and having to push myself, and also that whole "hunger makes the best sauce" thing.

One didn't make it... he was all flat and curled up when I came across him. RIP little dude.
