Went up Falling Rocks Canyon today for the first time.
Managed to get up to a waterfall but had no idea where to go to get to Sugarloaf so I headed back down.

There is a scree slope on the west side of the drainage at about 6200'. You slog up that scree slope to a saddle then follow the ridge west to the peak.

I have some pictures but it's on film.
I saw a few of the slopes but I was low on water and not to mention experience so I didn't want to risk it.
I will head back there early next week or so and try again.
Thanks for the information!
