20101214 Sheep Canyon Quick Trip

I had a handful of morning hours to kill before school, and my buddy James wanted to go for a climb, so off we went to Sheep Canyon to climb a bit. It was a bit chilly at Icehouse Canyon parking lot. We talked with a nice lady who lived in the area as she was walking her dogs. Did not have enough time to complete Kimchi Ridge, so we did two pitches and headed home.

Scraped together enough Crimmas funds and other cash to buy some new kicks. Five Ten Desert Enforcers, sorta a militarized climbing/mountain biking shoe. I like them so far.

Nice climbing guys! Congrats on the new wheels -- looking good, didn't know Five Ten made stuff like that.

Yeah, they're pretty nice. I think they basically got their mountain biking shoes and made them tan, and viola. Comfy as all getup.
