I just got engaged on the PCT!

After weeks of careful planning, I popped the question to my girlfriend, Laura, last week, on the branch of the PCT just north of Inspiration Point Vista off the Crest Highway. She said "of course!" as we overlooked our beautiful mountains, with Baldy on the left and Baden-Powell on the right... and the Pacific to our direct south. It was beautiful and perfect. Congrats to you both Laura and Matt - hope the honeymoon is on the trail as well - cannot think of a better place to celebrate the joy of committment to another person than in the mountains. :D
