Was driving towards Smith Mtn and decided to go to Santa Anita canyon instead to check out some water before it runs low. Standard fare...people, trailssss, water flow was excellent.

Good place for a hiker to get stuck....

North fork Santa Anita. A couple of drops followed by more concrete dams. Also has one milk crate from Adohr Farms.

Downstream of Cascade picnic area....nifty area that gets back to the main trail.

Upper Hermit Falls

Not sure what to say on this one other than its part of short way to get to the lower falls...this short way also featured a belt buckle used as a chock to aid climbing.

Lower(Main) Falls..the graffiti had been cleaned up, but coming back in stride...litter too.

Firebreak towards Monrovia Peak(this is at the dam elevation level as viewed from the road)

Maybe left over from the cliff divers to climb back out.
