No, that's a small dog or coyote. Great example of the "X" test though:
In canines, you can make a clean X between the toes and heel pad:
vs, bobcat - the heel pad is bigger, and higher, so the X will cross over it.
This isn't 100% failproof, but adding the claw marks decide it for sure.

Look at that beautiful kitty!! Wow! Spots almost like a leopard. Great shot!
