Went up for rattle snake peak today or as i will forever call it MINI IRON!
Trail is in the same run down state after you break the first ridge.
I think this is a tough little peak. its really steep with only a few straight aways.
IT offers good views of the valleys and hillls u cant see from iron or baldy!

I think you might want to go back and do this again next Sunday with 2 feet of snow on it, that would make it more fun, the storm coming should drop at least that amount on there.

Great shots Eric, get that Ice Axe out it's time to practice :D

Very nice report and pictures! Rattlesnake and Iron were on my short list for yesterday, but XYL was squeamish about me soloing here for some reason.
