vo2 max failure video

i just posted this as my colleague were laughing at my one vo2max test I did last year. mildly entertaining. don't try this at home.

I used to have to take those after I was hospitalized for a heart disease I had in Middle School. I don't think I ever went to failure, as it seemed to give me really good lungs, and they were just making sure I was healthy, not HOW healthy I was, like yours.

yeah they were probably doing a 'stress test' on you...they certainly wouldn't do a max if you're having heart issues, that would be the last thing you'd want!

they probably measure EKG, basically the electrical pulses from the heart seeing if the timing of the valves are normal...kinda like a car!
