Cool beans. This will kick ass.

I might add that it's $1 in quarters to play pool. A buck a round.

That sounds like a great idea, I've always been interested in going to the meetups, but since all the previous ones were climbing related, and considering the fact that Im not really a climber I figured I couldn't come :? ..........But since this meetup sounds more like a "chillen" one, Id be down to go for sure........Would it be ok if my gf tags along ................

No problem, bring yer friends! I'll be in a group of about 4-5 folks. Most of us aren't outdoorsy. We usually go here after doing some driving on the nearby roads.

Taco - This coming weekend I might be going on an overnighter, but I also heard it might rain a little and the people I'm going with, will call off the trip if rain is in the forecast. If that is the case, I will be doing Baldy via DBB and will join ya. I'll prolly be in the lodge and starting by 2pm, so by 530pm, I should be on the floor. Pick me up if you see me please.

I'm thinking I might like to join in! I'd love to meet some other, like-minded peeps who enjoy hiking and beer! Woo hoo! Saturday works better for me than Sunday...

Darn. Sunday does not work for me either. Saturday would've been perfect for me too, as my hubby's working that night.

Taco - starting to look like you should host two forum meet ups. One on Saturday and one on Sunday.

I'm sure Baldy Lodge has enough beer for you for two nights!!!

I think we should all should buy Taco a beer on Saturday. It's the least we can do for the Administrator who helps (if we can call it that  ) keep this site going.

I won't be there Saturday, but I'll call my credit card in to the lodge, and buy you a pitcher or two.

I appreciate it, but that's OK. I may be out of a car at the moment, so I may not be able to make it either. This seems to be a common theme with events I "organize".

FWIW I have a family party I have to attend on Saturday, and I work sunday night, so I'm a no-go.

THe way things are going, I'll be sticking in-town for a while.

So how about we all meet up in Arizona instead?

Hey, TACO!!
I'l send you a check for $25 if you agree on this forum to keep your boots!

(I may have mis-posted this to the wrong thread.)

Beer rules. I'l be there Sunday 4 sure -- if the Bowl has snow -- to hand deliver the check...
