Re: Help needed getting kids into the California Wilderness

Haha I can't bring you along on this trip, although if anyone is interested in doing something similar you can sign up for your own climb at climbingforkids.org. Teton is full this year, but there are still spots for Whitney and Shasta!

I'm not sure what the split is in this message board on people with technical rope experience vs those without, but I'm worried ropework might scare some away.

I think adding tasks along the race will keep it unique. I like the dummy carry task, stuff like that to mix it up along the way.

Re: Lost & Found

Found a wedding ring near Icehouse Canyon on 1/20/12. Describe it, tell me the where you think you lost it and if it fits, it's yours.

Hey all, My name is Chris and I moved here from NY 2 years ago for medical school (hence the screen name). I'm really interested in Wilderness Medicine and incorporating it into my career as an expedition physician or working with NGOs in wild areas. I've done two cross-country road trips hitting cl...

Count me in!

I have everything but the helmet if someone has a spare?

Looking to get some practice in before Orizaba this spring.

After Christmas would probably be best?
