I thru hiked the JMT in 2003. It was a great trip! Great Photographs, looks like there was still a lot of snow there. I would have hated to thru hike the JMT with my ice axe and crampons.

Were you by chance up there with a bunch of other horse riders? I drove up last week sometime for a overnight to little jimmy and passed a trailer at inspiration point with about 10 horses. I was jealous!
