You have to follow the side road down to the campground. The spring water pops up below the picnic area. You'll hear it if it's flowing, which it should be this time of year.

I don't know how to pick my favorites. I do various hikes for various reasons, and many of them were very memorable. I'll go with the toughest I completed, the toughest I didn't complete, and the toughest where I thought I might actually fall and die.

Thanks for the report. John Bradford Camp was a pioneer in the Pomona Valley, after coming here from Tennessee and Kansas. He was an innovative farmer and bought Brown's Flat as a summer retreat.
