Re: Grand canyon time
Ha! I wasnt comparing at all. I only judge my times against my OWN previous times. But for a distance trailrunner I AM just average. Even my distances arnt much. My Dad has run the Western States 100 (miles) like 5 times and always finishes well. And has run lotsa 50 mile trail races too. I couldnt ...

Anyways, Ive been hiking and trail-running more the last week or two and have felt lately that my body's finally gotten used to living at 7000ft elevation. I get better times everyday after work along the...

Its going good. All healed. Just a tiny bit of swelling in my face, but no one really notices unless they knew me pre-surgery. And ya, we went on a few different roads out there. I think also GRR and 39...It was really fun! And yeah, fuel is a lil expensive for just cruising, but I dont commute for ...

Re: Desert rehab hike
Yeah, I didnt know either! It takes at LEAST 4 to 6 months for even a really health person to fully heal from this surgery. They totaly had my face in 4 pieces, then put it back together. Its pretty intense.
And I'll make it! Ive been planning on it for a couple weeks. Ima be there 2 or 3 days 8)
