25-35 mile runs every damn weekend?!! Maybe I can just crew for you. And Craig barely has any energy left for running after surfing four days a week. Then again, he did the CRHT on that training plan earlier this year so maybe it works for him!

A lot of outdoor apparel is very brightly colored. this time of year always makes me consider buying into this stuff more. Sounds like a good excuse to go shopping!! I mean, who could argue with it when it could save your life right?

Re: Kellys Camp Spring (Ontario Peak Trail)
the piped spring was dry as a bone. the other "unpiped" spring was also dry if I was looking in the right place. Ive never been sure about the exact location of the other one but I check about 30 yards up and down of Kellys camp on the gully and there was nice green clumps of grass but no ...

I'll be in June Lake area mid-July. I usually make it up around 10,000 island lake or there abouts a few times while I'm there. All my runs when I'm in that area are half day runs only because I'm camping with the family. Have fun everyday!

ha ha! awesome request! Sometimes when I go with others, I meet them on a trail where I can do a fast peak climb early before they even arrive. That way the boring hike is a welcome long cooldown on tired legs and I enjoy chatting, more casual and stuff. I know, bag Boney peak and then meet them at ...
