I thought of Sugarloaf Peak, because I was astounded at yesterday's visibility, being able to see Sugarloaf from near my old home in the Diamond Bar area! Near Sugarloaf in Icehouse Canyon, there are some rocky outcroppings east of Falling Rock Canyon. They look to be a cool way to get up to Ontario...

I think there's a well-rated canyon on Glendora Ridge Road, before Cow Canyon Saddle, just north of Fallen leaf Spring. Try that one yet? Did some bouldering, climbing, rigging, etc with a group of friends working with Ventura County SAR, teaching a class to some buddies.
