Re: San Gabriel Scramble Suggestions (SGSS)
I thought of Sugarloaf Peak, because I was astounded at yesterday's visibility, being able to see Sugarloaf from near my old home in the Diamond Bar area! Near Sugarloaf in Icehouse Canyon, there are some rocky outcroppings east of Falling Rock Canyon. They look to be a cool way to get up to Ontario...

Re: Colby Canyon 2x
Looks pretty nice. Do y'all ever run into other parties doing canyoneering while yer out? I think there's a well-rated canyon on Glendora Ridge Road, before Cow Canyon Saddle, just north of Fallen leaf Spring. Try that one yet? Heard it's supposed ot be real good, but it's hard to see as that area h...

Stoney Point
Did some bouldering, climbing, rigging, etc with a group of friends working with Ventura County SAR, teaching a class to some buddies. I was surprised there wasn't a Summitpost page for this area, since it's famous. Maybe there's some stupid political reason why.... anyway... if any of y'all go clim...

Re: WEBSITES - Post links to useful websites!
I stopped working on it when I got sick last night.
I can't put routes on it! Argh! Otherwise I'd put down the 5.13c burger, etc etc. I think you can attach a route anyway... I just followed the Whoa Nelly Deli page, which is also a "custom object".

Here is the page I created fo Newcomb's Ranch Restaurant. If anyone has anything to add, please let me know. I found their service to be really, truly top-notch, and the food delicious. If anyone is an SP member on here, I'll be more than happy to share the page as a co-editor, to get better info ou...

Good thing about going down Snow Creek is how easy it would be to follow.
Glad this dude is OK. Guess it just wasn't his day, or two. Better luck next time.

Really touchy situation. I've just walked by. If they look mature, and aren't in a group, you could talk to them without much of an issue. Anything else and I hope you're good at defending yourself. Any tool on your person could be used against you in court if they get uppity and agressive, and you ...
