Not sure if it's tiny. As long as I can remember I and my family have paid to visit National Parks. Everyone on this message board is aware of how recreational services in National Forests are significantly underfunded compared to National Parks. Why shouldn't National Forests charge the way Nation...

Highly doable! i checked the permit thing. You only need a permit if your driving on the OHV roads!
