Yes, there is along the stream leading up to the falls. if you are wearing pants you are fine.

hey Ze, i actually did this hike when i first got into hiking. its actually a good little quad burner, back then it was. it goes up, goes down, goes up and down again, then its a nice walk along the stream to the falls. the thing is when you return you have to hike back up and down again then up and...

I found that after doing multiple peaks around baldy my most favorite is Dawson-there was something majestic about it.
As for climbs-manker was my first and i will always hold that special memory for that climb.

edenooch- was way ahead of us going up hill, he glides quite quickly up it. the only way we were able to catch up was with the down hill. i think ze is doing some killer route with 8k+gain, the only way i would be able to make that is if the 9 peaks didn't kill me saturday. on another note, how is y...
