Has any one been up to Kellys camp recently? I've heard that they have a pipe with clean water, but when I was up there last year I could not find it. I can't find my Baldy map right now so I don't know exactly what your talking about, but I'l check it out. Sounds like a good idea if I want to get up there and stArt climbing before the lift opens up. But the pass is still good for skiing on those powder days.

Its a good deal for the occasional times baldy gets dumped on, and if I get a chance to climb telegraphs north face this winter.

Are we getting any snow up in the mountains by Baldy and Telegraph with this storm?

I am spending the night up at Kellys Camp and have heard there is a water pipe thing that is always running. Is that true? And does anyone know if water is still running out of it after this hot, dry spell?

Still havn't climbed the bowl, but its in the top of my list.

I ran into a baby rattle snake in Ceder Canyon between Telegraph and Thunder Mtn last year in April. I almost steped on it when my friend behind me shouted at me to stop. It could of been bad. We poked around at trying to get a cool pic of it. Havn't seen one since.
