If I can get the day off, would love to make it. Hopefully I'll see you all there and meet some new people. With work laying off people due to this recession we're in, playing hookie might not be a good idea. But, I'll give it a go.

I never really checked time against mileadge, but I'm thinking 11.25 miles in 3 hrs is pretty darn good. I think most people walk about 3 mph average.

No worries - we did a little recon for another hike coming up and basically had mellow 10 mile hike or so.
