The white flower isn't a Phlox... It has a Compound Umbel structure How tall was it? What type of soil was it growing in Full sun , shade etc.... looks like some sort of onion or? I was doing a final conditioning hike up to Mt Baldy early Friday for any who might have interest in joining me.

If I could interest some canyoneers I'd think San Antonio Falls (ATS route) would be a refreshing post hike romp

....rest alot. But i think this isnt always whats needed. What about major electrolyte loss, re-hydration, replenishing lost energy stores, stretching strained or sore muscles, etc. It seems to me it's best to not get so dehydrated.... You gotta rest though as you can't rehydrate as quickly as you ...

I just received a faxed reply for a planned overnight for Vivian Creek Trail to San Gorgonio Mtn and was denied due to the Vivian Creek Trail being closed for "Bear Activity"
