There are a couple small drainages off the toll road that are likely candidates... my guess is one below the Alta dena Crest trail(?) And above the landslide by thw bridge. You'd have to ask SAR just what they're calling "cascade cyn" though for a definitive answer

I used a pair to hike to the harwood ski hut and they where done.

Local authorities are not much interested in busting these until there is a big haul to boast about. Smaller grows are not of much interest to them you gotta be careful when venturing off trail (and on) where ever there is water.
