Technically the area below ACH is within the closure

Prefire the ORG from CCC ridge to the cyn floor was usable. Below there it was boulder hopping to oakwild

There are a couple small drainages off the toll road that are likely candidates... my guess is one below the Alta dena Crest trail(?) And above the landslide by thw bridge. You'd have to ask SAR just what they're calling "cascade cyn" though for a definitive answer

The trail was in good shape to. Arroyo Seco. There were many hikers going that way... can't be too bad

Was doing maintenance on Hoyt Mtn road yesterday afternoon, clearing rocks so I won't get a flat tire. I had my "Chrome Dome" so I couldn't see what was coming down the road as I was bent over fixing tread on a slide area. I saw bare feet.... Uh no.. I look up and there's a guy with hands ...

I've only hiked down to the camp once (4/26/2007). Been wanting to do the Devils Cyn thing for a while.

Chris Brennen has two TR's I'd like to combine "devils Cyn Loop" & "Lower Devils Cyn"

the shuttle at the end has always been a major hiccup...

Funding for this year's reforestation effort comes from Chevron, which recently contributed $1.5 million to the South Coast Air Quality Management District to mitigate carbon dioxide emissions resulting from an expansion of its El Segundo refinery. Local authorities are not much interested in busting these until there is a big haul to boast about. Smaller grows are not of much interest to them you gotta be careful when venturing off trail (and on) where ever there is water. This is especially true since 100,000 acres burned in the Station Fire...
