Must have been fantastic being able to enjoy the hike to Sturtevant Falls with so few people. A stark contrast to how it usually is... Maybe I should do this too since I'm not too far from the front gate too ?

Great report! Sounds like a great hike despite the icy roads and mini-postholing. Did you see any others on the trail today?

Hope you write another report on your ascent up one of those north chutes!

Been up to the little peaks around Inspiration. 4668 is kind of annoying to get to because there is some bushwhacking involved through some prickly stuff. Muir peak is beautiful and has a little wood post to denote the summit..

So the Gabrielino Trial is really completely open this year 2018. Here is the story from Mt. Just waiting for...
