I'm pretty sure I was good up until I pitched the yeast. I like to think I've got pretty good temperature/cooking control considering I'm a cook by trade. Yeah, I have one of the older, pre-shaker jet ones. Its only become an issue on 3+ day outings, but that's what the cleaner tool is for, and I've gotten simmering pretty dialed in on my Whisperlite
