I highly recommend the La Sportiva Trango's. I own a pair, and they work very well. Their lightweight and easy to move with. The first time I used them, I didn't have a chance to properly break them in, but I didn't suffer any problems with my feet.

For sure Taco. Looking forward to this winter. I definitely have to make up for the last two winter seasons I've been absent in the mountains.

Hands down that was the best climb I have done to date.
I can't believe how awesome the weather was.
Next time hopefully the clouds won't be an issue and we can have a proper glissade race.

Just wanted to let you know, REI has some pretty sick deals at the moment. I went to the REI in Arcadia this morning and scored a couple of great jackets and a set of softshell pants for less than three hundred, when it would normally cost over five hundred.
