How achievable is this? I'll be going solo with mostly ultralight gear, moderately experienced backpacker (bunch of 1, 2 night trips in the San Gab and Sierra). I can climb Baldy from the Village (Bear Canyon) in 3.5 hours. Is 18 mi/day on this trail a grueling marathon pace or something I can do if...
