This was a very fun and cool hike. I loved scrambling down the steep firebreak.

Found this cool multi-colored beenie at Ice House Canyon.

I've been looking forward to a snow hike and finally had the opportunity to do so. I invited Jeff to check out Ice House Canyon with the possibility of hiking to Timber Mountain.

Take me with you. I know a lot of great hikes. We can check out the Razorbacks. I've been there so many times. Lots of colorful rocks. It's a secret hike. You won't find it on AllTrails

I'm actually free on 11/22 & 11/24 but that's my bday weekend I was looking to do a different hike but if it doesn't work out then that's an option too.

Last Wednesday we scheduled Mt Lewis. Since the road was closed to Dawson Saddle we decided to walk up the road.

Carl- we did drive to Spring Camp. I can't recall if there was water. I did see someone camping off the road. We didn't hike very far down that road.

So after reading Tekewins report on the Rincon road I got my permits to drive the Rincon road from Glendora Ranger station (by the way is very nice)

Anyways, they gave me 3 codes to the gate so I have access until December 14th.

As Tekewin said the road is nice. Some areas are smoother than others ...
