Looking for suggestions on where to buy these. Maybe because its towards the end of the season but they are seeming to be pretty scarce. Amazon still has most sizes available but I'm looking for brick and mortar suggestions. REI is not stocked, neither are some other obvious sports chains.

Thanks!

I have not seen them anywhere in LA

I use them for hiking the steep bare firebreaks

Wear them out 1 to 2 pairs per year

Amazon is the best

I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but did you try doing a internet search for "Kahtoola" or Kahtoola Microspikes"? Lots of online vendors will show up.

REI sells them at their stores during winter.

And you can buy them directly from Kahtoola (yes, they have a website!). I use the biggest size and no local shops sell them, so that's how I got a pair a few years ago.

I bought mine back in early December at Rei, they were the last pair.
The last two years I tried to find them in Feb. I could not.
Good luck!
